Warrior- The Warrior's incredible strength is what keeps you motivated. By eating right for your GenoType, you are optimizing your metabolism and ensuring proper weight management. And by being as strong as an ox, you are prepared to plow through any setbacks you might encounter.
The above quote is from today's "Tip of the Day". That is the way I usually enter the forum when my computer gets a reboot. And today's tip could not have been so right!!
Warrior incredible strength: Yes, I am motivated all right!! You all know that and also I am eating right for my swami type. My metabolism is being optimized, that is why even in moments of crisis, one after another (readd on), my stomach does not feel sick, my headaches do not emerged and I am abled to ride the wave as it comes.
Ensuring proper weight management, I can testify for this: first GTD's Teacher quick 13kg weight loss, then Swami's adaptation to Warrior ploughing in slowly, 88kg, 87kg, 86kg last week, or was it day before yesterday? Who cares!!!! Today is 84.6kg!!!!! SWAMI rocks!!!
Ahh, the elation!! specially after what went on with hubby bee episode. This is a needed boost alright if I ever needed one. Good timing!!
Oh my god!!! How things can change in the lapse of a second!! I start making the pancakes this morning in a bit of euphoria about my weight, set coffee machine ready for steaming coffee, when we get this call from DD: she is with hubby at the local surgery with Analiah, our granddaughter: as mum was unpacking car groceries from shopping, the strong wind gust slammed the door on Analiah's little finger. The local docs were worry about her having broken bones and losing finger, so they advised mum and dad to take her to the nearest hospital, about 20-30km away. To make it all worse, while they are examining Analiah at the local docs, , mum passes out, hit her head on her way down. Poor darling, it got too much for her. She did it at the right place though, doctors and nurses there to take care of her too. Well, eventually they managed to jump in the car to go to the hospital, call us to tell us what is happening, in the meantime because of the concussion, mum gets sick in the car, while baby strapped at the back with the injured hand, probably crying for her and seeing mummy like that, and daddy at the front, trying to keep it altogether while driving safely. Thanks goodness that to get to the hospital they have to pass near our place, so we arranged to meet them at this intersection, to follow them to the hospital. They needing our support at least, but with mum so sick, like (sorry - vomiting), my husband jumped in with daddy and little Analiah, and I brought mum to our home, where brother and our LA visitor were also getting ready to rush to the hospital.
Yes, complete chaos there for a few minutes. I left DD with brother and GF and drove back to join my hubby and son in law with Analiah at the hospital. Well cutting a 4 hour long story short and after Xrays, junior doctors, senior doctors, orthopedic surgeons, examinations, this is the prognosis: Amazingly only one of her fingers got badly damaged, her hand must have transformed into rubber when the door hit her. This finger still has her young finger bone intact!! doctors amazed after seeing the damage to the flesh, her now visible tendons and finger nerves are also intact!!! Thanks, thanks universe.
The cut is very deep and very exposed, and the panel of doctors had to deliberate a lot about whether to take her to operate or not. Anaestetic would then be required. At one stage the younger doc (while on its own with us), try to explain to us what will happen if they had to stitch her up, give her this thing that will knock a horse out, while they fix her up and then she will wake up none the wiser- maybe OK, but horse and my granddaughter in the same sentence in a hospital, did not sound very appealing to us. At the end, seeing how she could still move her fingers (outch!), seem to be coping OK (hardly shed a tear while at the hospital until the very end when they were stretching her finger to bandage it). Being so young, they decided to give her young finger a chance to heal itself (says a lot about these mainstream docs). Mum and dad will have to keep bandaging, ensure it does not get wet or dirty and I may add, take good care of themselves too, to keep it together. Ah, I forgot to mentioned Analiah's temps were up ( 38 ), but that was probably part of the shock she went through. She was so good, strong little girl!!
We all drove back to our place, where a very anxious mummy was waiting outside to hug her baby!!We all had hugs and in the back of my mind, I kept on thinking of all the hugs often shared in this forum. Now, they all went home, son and GF enjoying a few days holidays together, while hubby and I will soon enjoy that overdue cup of coffee.
Back to The Power in YOU and its warrior description. There were moments there, particularly when trying to make sense of what have happened over the phone, that I could feel my heart rushing, knots forming in my throat and a couple of tears were shed, but the warrior power GTD and SWAMI helped me build up, gave me endurance, clarity and energy and felt strong as an ox!!! I still am!! Thanks Dr D for showing us the right way to look after our lives and get our genes reset to really enjoy life and whatever it may throw at us.

Thanks LOla, thank you.
Thanks Protto for posting the link, I just forgot!!
A little bit of an update, I forgot to mention that the local docs gave Analiah a strong Panadol for her age of course to help her with the pain. During her time at the hospital, I was amazed how she was not screaming in pain, and look so normal carrying her hand up. Now I know, DD just called, they had to give her some more Panadol (pain killer) to keep her happy. Mummy is headachy too, but then with the stress and not following this lifestyle yet. (Her Swami is waiting for the right time to enter her life. I have a feeling it will be soon ...) Has the link to this forum and I think is visiting ...
Hopefully they will all get a good night sleep tonight. They need it.

Thanks M&S and Posum, in reflection it is so insignificant compare to what some people in this forum and out of it, have to go through. Take our friend GW! I am trying to get over all she has to bear with her health and yet, stays so cheerful and helpful. And so on with many others too.
We are so well equipped here, so that all is left to do is be thankful and helpful to lighten ours and everyone else's load.
