Okay, this is an unexpected result - in a good way, but unexpected nonetheless.
I've had my SWAMI for about a week, but I really haven't been following exactly. As a start, I've just been avoiding the foods SWAMI says I should avoid.
I expected to lose some of my post-nasal drip and similar symptoms, and that has happened. What I wasn't expecting - certainly not this soon in the process - is that my urinary continence issue would be reduced so dramatically. In the past, it has improved somewhat when I lose some weight, but I always attributed that to there being less pressure on the bladder. I'm guessing that the culprit is either wheat or corn, as those are things I've always reduced or eliminated when I was dieting. Whatever the reason, I'm pleased that I can put the thoughts of surgery behind me! |

This swami, how much measuring needs to be done? I am definitely thinking about doing this as my reflux & arm pain is still a nagging problem or should I wait till I've been on GTD for a few months? |

if your GTD diet works for you, there s no need for swami.
so give it a try and see. |
