I have a quick question...I am blood type B+ and a nomad...but I have multiple mold allergies...my swami does not take this into account...should I eliminate the foods on my swami that would be a problem for me...and if so does anyone know which ones? Thank you!!! :O)

only you can know which foods you are intolerant to.
those giving you trouble, you can leave out for a while and once you reset and your gut heals you may try introducing gradually back in and monitor how your body reacts.
the allergies book from the health series might help you pinpoint some and also following the protocols listed in the book might speed up your healing.

Hi Monty:
I think it is possible that your SWAMI is taking into account mold allergens and reducing them for you.
You may want to search for the word "mold" in your SWAMI diet report. You may find several references to molds and indication that it has reduced/eliminated foods high in mold. My SWAMI Xpress printout has notes about molds and how it has affected food selections for me in three places.
If you want to reduce mold in foods I would suggest checking the following boxes in SWAMI Xpress:
Do you have a history of allergy or autoimmune problems: and Do you have a history of environmental sensitivities:
Checking the allergens box in SWAMI Xpress, likely reduces mold containing foods since mold is a common food allergen.
If you would like the elimination of mold allergens to be more explicit, you could see a practitioner for SWAMI GenoType. That products allows one to set the degree to which mold containing foods should be eliminated from diet recommendations separate from other allergens.
In SWAMI GenoType it is clear whether mold allergens are being reduced.
