Should I mention that I asked Dr. D about the finger prints and he said that it wasn't all that important...my head was important..long head.. (I hate the shape of my head) (Warrior Disclaimer: but that could just have been in my case..)You know it's going to bug you. Just get a kit from NAP or someplace and do it for fun..
Dude, your head is fine. Mine is the shape and approximate size of a cinderblock.

I noticed that it doesn't matter what I put for my teeth in terms of my SWAMI, so I removed that info. I think I'll still ask my doctor whether I have shoveling or the cusp. As for prints, I don't recall composite being a choice. I have one finger that looks like a cross between a whorl and a loop, but I found 2 deltas, so put it as a whorl. I checked with my eyes, not by printing. Maybe I will print them to confirm. Nothing that I do in SWAMI does much more than change a few food values; I've ended up with the same list I had when I first ran SWAMI. I have a decidedly long head, for one. Also, my upper and lower legs are different enough in length that there isn't any confusion there.
I wasn't really asking what neutrals are all about, just why they are specifically listed in SWAMI versus just listing the superfoods and avoids and advising us that all other foods are neutrals, like the GenoType Diet book does.
