Well I am off on a cruise for the whole of next week, and this means food is available all day that I really have no control of, except what I put into my mouth. I suppose I will be back to tell you about all the yummi foods I had and complain about the weight gain, but how often do you get the opportunity to go on a luxury cruise liner. I will tell you all about it when I get back. Keep on track for my sake as well please
well, G'sue, how's it going? I am trying....really. But trying only keeps me from gaining, and the idea is to lose! I guess its because my habits are.....drinking wine with dinner or after....(trying not to) eating toast and rice (trying not to) eating bits of chocolate (trying not to)......... but I am grateful that I am at least trying with those things instead of just going for it!
Right know I'm dealing with some stress in my life, and that is not good for me, it exhaust me, and makes me sad. I ate too much flax seed yesterday, so was blocked up this morning, so I will wait until I have an outcome of waste material, before I weigh. Hopefully in the AM I ate all my fruit servings today plus a few extra grapes, so well see how it goes. lol
I'm glad your trying to, an effort is what it is all about, we know what we need to eat we just have to figure out how we want it and with what ingredients in and around it. Then were all set.
I enjoyed meatloaf made with ground sirloin for dinner with asparagas and spinach and grapes, also had green tea with lemon.
I can't wait til tomorrow I'm going to have salmon and that's my favorite meal, I sometimes think I crave it or need it. So it must be necessary.
