I filled in all my info, printed my new food list - very different from bloodtype and the genotype book, but happy with it. My question is how often should I go in and update weight and waist/hip measurements? How much will that change my food list if any at all. I am trying to loose weight. So I am hoping those numbers will change to smaller numbers rapidly.

I would give it three months then update it.

I have not played with it a lot, but my impression is weight does not change food lists very much.
Instead it changes portion size and frequency.
Those that have experienced greater weight loss/gain might have a better idea.
