Question for someone who knows: The Swami grain portions, are those for dry grains? Mine says 4 1/4 servings daily. I assume that is 1/4 cup uncooked rice?
That is a wonderful question that I would like to know also!!!!

as far as I know, servings refer to cooked grains and legumes. that's how it was on gtd. since many of us have 1/2 cup serving sizes, it makes sense that it means cooked.
Embracing my A-ness! (Ok, that is waaaay better in print than it is out loud! )
oh and of course my swami clearly indicates under serving sizes:
"...in the case of brown rice pasta, Gumby gets way more."
Doesn't yours say that????
Yeah, mine says "Brown Rice, eat until heart is desired". hehehehhehehehe Especially short grain.
