Quoted from Cristina
Supps today:

Cortiguard before I went out to do some chores, get the car serviced, ...

Occubright

Tonight after dinner:
Polyflora, Polyvite, ClearCal, Methyl 12 ...

There is such a splash of colour inside my fridge these days, with the pinks of the fermented red and green cabbage (sauerkrat), the greens of fermented Celery and cucumber, soaking black beans, jelly-like chicken stock, creamy white of cooked pearl barley ... while in a warm corner in a kitchen shelf the little beasties  in the buckwheat and spelt starters snuggle under the protection of (new) knee highs!

I am double exicted today because I have discovered a butcher in a neighboring town, that is able to supply grass fed, guaranteed no hormone or nasties Tasmanian Lamb!! As soon as we get us a freezer big enough to held a lamb or two, we will order some.
Being an ex Tasmanian I gotta say - that's good reason to be excited Those Tassie lambs are almost as good as NZ ones Good choice as I hear the Tassie Devils are a little tough

supps today (Tuesday):

Morning:
Joint/Mobility pack (ready, set ...) I will have a week on this to help me get a safe start to my new exercise routine.

Calm Focus pack, Cortiguard: (excitement, excitement ...). Will keep these going too, to make sure that sensitive cortisol hormone trying to dominate us A, does not sabotage my new regime.

Histonia (juices freely flowing ...) -  to make sure my muscles get oxygenated as they  build up

Clearcal (help bone strenght) - maintain healthy calcium intake for bones and general wellbeing

Will add Polyflora, Deflect and B12 to the evening meal, to reinforce the goodies inside, scrub the toxins and balance activity/rest/sleep cycles ...

I will probably cook salmon for dinner tonight.  I have a big one in the fridge and it should be enough to feed the household ... that accompanied by the creamy rissotto dish I cooked last night (will cook it again today, the kids will love it!).

A question on menospause ...

I do not have any menopause signs, never had, except for being overweight.  I have seen a lot of talking here about this cycle of our lives, in both men and woman that is making me think deeper.

If after a month or so of starting this exercise routine, I do not notice my weight shifting downwards, I may start looking at supplementing my lifestyle with either fem balance, aromastat (will fix the spelling later), or some other appropriate for your type nap goodies ...

it may not even come to that, because I think the genotype packs are aimed at helping us manage these stubborn issues... Ok then, I will follow my supp regime (as previous post) for a week, then I will do one week of the genotype supps and if my joints and muscles continue to adapt well to the exercise regime, then this is all I use, the GT supps. Otherwise I will keep alternating them with the regime indicated in previous post.  I am on a mission!!

Morning/lunch
Occubright, Teachers 3 pack, Polyflora, Deflect

Dinner
Calm focus pack, cortiguard Histonia Nap B12

Sick child in the house threw all schedules out the window and my new equipment still sits there untouched until a few minutes ago when we had an accident ...

Shhh!!!(like in keep it quite, do not speak too loud!!)   DD was testing the incline on it, and took it all to the top.  At the same time this awful screeching noise came off the back of the treadmill and to our dismay, it was drilling its way into our wall!!!  newly painted one too!!  Hopefully will be a few days before DH discovers the dent on the wall!!  The installer should have warned us about putting it too near the wall!!!  So, if you are thinking of buying one!! beware where you place it.  PS: Actually, the installers should have known better!! I selected the spot, but they should have realized that it would have hit the wall on the incline!! ... Oh, well, it should be easy enough to fix later on ...

You are probably wondering how does she get into that treadmill if it is so near the wall, well, it is in one of those big bay window areas with half of the treadmill in the concave the window makes, and the other half in the open area with plenty of room to get onto it ...

We did go for a neighbourhood walk this morning, so I am glad I fitted that in.  It is just that DD asked me to wait before I use the gym, she wants to make this program for me ... But, DD ready or not, I am getting onto it from tomorrow and do my own thing!!!  I had been aching all day to jump on it!!!

I had been busy on the internet researching about sick DGD, but still managed to place a few posts in some of the threads here I fell compelled to say something about.

Still, great true to type day today ... got to be able to live life best we can ...

Happy Birthday Cristina, I know it's your birthday around now.  Hope you have / had a lovely day with loved ones.

Hope you got a chance to get onto the gym equipment but didn't overdo it.  The only time I went to the gym caused me much aches and pains as I HAD to try everything to exhaustion using muscles in the back and shoulders hardly ever used.

My birthday was good but a few funny things happened around it like bread for lunch over rose.  It was yummy with turkey soup for all, no matter the sunken shape!

Hope DGD is better now?  My DD hit the side of a bookshelf at school and had to come home early had her first x-rays to see if the nose was broken, luckily not and no concussion, she's ok.  Also this week gave herself a 'haircut'.  You never know what's next with little ones.  It's been quite a week!

Has DH noticed the hole in the wall or did you get DGD (dear gorgeous dog) to lay there

Happy belated birthday Symbi!!!  I wonder where  were you these last few days!!!

Gosh!! Glad your little one is OK after such an experience!!! Do we have a fashion hair designer on the making there?  Mummy be careful not to fall asleep anywhere near her with scissors, you may end up with a new hairdoo yourself!!!

DH has not noticed the dent yet!!!  DGD has settled OK I think, we have not heard anything else since yesterday morning.

I have been using the treadmill getting good workouts there!  I am waiting for a gym exercise book to get some guidance on the home gym equipment.  I am looking forward to using that as well!

My birthday is on the 20th of August!! So still a few days to go, but I welcome and thank you  for the ealy wishes!!

Tuesday today,  grrrrr, doing the tax thing due tomorrow grrrrr, with all that it has been going on around me this month, I left it for the last minute and I hate that!!!

I did not have the Calm focus Pack and attentia today, i think I would hit that sometime soon to keep me focus and sharp, yet calm a bit longer ...!!!!

My sups today have been instead:

Ocubright, Teacher 3 pack, Polyflora, Deflect, the Genotype Multivitamin, Clearcal

Now, it has been raining on and off all day, and I have not been able to exercise and I hate that even more!!! So, forget deadlines!!!  I am jumping onto that treadmill right now and do at least 15minutes on it!!!   Will tick it in the A Fitness thread within the next 30 minutes!!

Thanks smiley Lola!! and I have also order Intrinsa, Gastro-D complex, Protein powder and Gina is also sending a couple of other things ...  got to be prepared for these gastro attacks ...

I think that my resolution to jump on the treadmil before was supported by my action on taking the supps earlier on ... the bad genes were trying to hold me down, the arsenal I fed to the good ones got me up!!!  Nice to picture things that way ...  Back to the books ... out of here for a few hours now, will report later on tonight once finished!!!

PS: I am having the Calm Focus Plus with Attentia and Tranquility Base and the B12 with dinner ...

DGD is here now and she has lost so much weight and became very fidgeting with her food.  I baked her beautiful fermented Spelt muffins with 4 eggs and a bit of honey and she has been eating that with ghee and honey!!  All organic, free range, unadulterated ...

OK, thanks Poss and Andy for the good wishes!! They worked, I completed the BAS by midnight!!  Will be posting today when PO opens at 9:00am.  Feel like a big weight taken of shoulders!!  That was just the BAS, then within the next few weeks we have to also prepare the main tax returns ... I tell you, they make you an accountant whether you want or not here ...    I had the Tranquility Base, Attentia and B12 to see me through this task and after a warm Camomile and honey tea managed to sleep soundly until 5;30am.

Anyhow, a bit of tension around the place with all these sicknesses around, nerves are a bit on edge ...,  I am trying to keep it together ... I am hitting the Calm Focus Pack (CFP) right now!! adding Histonia and Cortiguard ...

BTW, a white cheese and bacon bread is a good follow up meal to a few days vomiting for a 4yr old child!!   CFP, double dose for me please!!!

Sorry I got mixed up and thought, on that other thread (oh what a tangled web we weave), that your birthday was 20 July, but then you said you're a Leo which didn't fit.  No wonder it didn't fit!  August hey!
Never too early to start celebrating and hopefully the tax money will be back by then to help out!

Oh yes G and the scissors, she is quite creative and is drawing some lovely pictures of us now.  She drew an hilarious picture of Dad (face even looked like him!) except he was wearing pink yesterday.  Not quite right that! (though there would be nothing wrong with that!)

Keep that chamomile tea and calming regime up.  It's rare that extended family can live together so peacefully.  Take heart, IMHO with most little ones they have such good intrinsic health that they don't need to watch what they eat as much as us with health problems except where there are allergies and intolerances.  Just my opinion tho!

Yes, Andy, they will, they have that young thing on their favor ... and occasional compliance ...

Not much dancing today, watched TV and did some gym work after DD find a few minutes to get me started... I should tick that in the fitness thread ...

PS: I should record here that just before that gym workout I did have my Joint health pack supps (just in case) ...

Are you saying hubby is hilarious?  sounds like a lot of fun there with DD ...  what do you think of the rain?  It was porung here before!!!  Nice sleepy weather ...

I am quite pleased with the exercise regime I am slowly building up:

Treadmill at least 4 times a week
home gym at least twice a week
Thursday evenings Canine School moving to Saturday mornings soon
Friday mornings Pilates (will start this week!!!!)

All these activities balance perfectly with my Swami:

Under less demanding I have Pilates and light upper and lower body work (both covered in the plan listed here)

Under more demanding I have vigorous walking (treadmill) and moderate resistance training (what would that be? my weights?)

I am also resurrecting an old AeroXpress step type device ... Variation ... Exciting ...

Sounds like you've got the exercise regime (under Swami) well and truly sussed - you're very inspiring

I need to get me some more of what you've got there Cristina!  I do lots of walking and sometimes a bit of running (although I don't like it much), will be introducing yoga a few times a week.  Need to get more more of that vigorous (Hunter) stuff going on.  Perhaps I'll start going back to Aikido again
