When you start Swami Xpress you are in a certain health condition recording certain measurements, information to which Swami will provide certain meal, excercise and supplement guidance (I am assuming this is the case). After a time, by following the plan and your condition improving, measurements change (weight, waist/hip ration, etc, etc) will Swami allow you to update these values and provide new exercise plan, new supplement requirements and new meal plan with updated servings according to your improvement? |

Yes, a few fields are locked.
But not things that are likely to change.
As you health conditions change you should update the values stored in SWAMI and regenerate a new diet report that reflect your changed health needs.
The only fields that are locked are things that are not likely to change: blood type and finger print patterns for instance. |

other measurements need to change as well for it to be significant, like waist and hip ratios and other, I believe. |

It will vary from individual to individual as to how big a change is needed for SWAMI to change the diet. For example someone who has a lot of weight to lose may need to see a bigger weight loss than someone who only needs to lose a little before SWAMI makes a noticeable change. |

Hi D Gale19 In the box where you enter weight for SWAMI - it say "Weight in pounds". It looks like it might accept decimal increments like the height does, such as .5 or .75, but I can't be sure. Tea Rose |

Thanks Christina, for the info of Swarmi Xpress NZ. I will certainly look into it I am located in Griffin, mouth of the Pine River towards Brissie. Coolum Beach is such a pretty place, we have had a few holidays there. |
