Pollack wasn't listed on the SWAMI. I know it is an avoid for O & B; neutral for AB; & beneficial for A. Is it under a different name? I know its a cheap fish, but I liked it & haven't had it for years. Is there any chance it may be OK for me? [Maybe I won't be able to find it in the stores anyway!] Thanks! |

Mrs T O+,
Pollack, Altantic is listed on my SWAMI, it is a black dot avoid for me. Not sure why it isn't showing up on your SWAMI.

It is an avoid for GTD Gatherer. Perhaps, that's why it is not showing on Mrs. T SWAMI |

I do not think so (but do not know), since SWAMI includes a list of avoids. I have seen individual food item disappear from a SWAMI listing (never pollack). I got mine back by changing a setting. Then the food item disappeared again after changing the setting back to the original setting. I presumed things disappeared when the were exactly on the line between two lists (Avoid and neutral for example) and thus did not get assigned to either list. I think it is a bug and will add it to the bug report thread. |

In English you can spell the fish both ways, but I think all of Dr. D's material uses the double o. |

However it is spelled, I'm sure I would find it on the list. I guess I'll still consider it an avoid now. Thanks, all! |

I found it there, under avoids. Now, did I miss it or is there some way Dr. D & Co. can sneak the info in my program? Anyway, it's still an avoid! But I do have a great selection of fish. Yum! I like fish! ><> ><> <>< <>< |

Between when you did not see Pollock and when you did see it, did you make any changes on your "Data Intake Form?" Thanks. |
