Hi, I was wondering what might take higher priority in our eating on SWAMI; diamonds or Geno Harmonic food combinations? Or are they just working in different ways? I've noticed that alot of my Geno Harmonic combinations are more from my Neutrals list. But at least most of the combinations are do-able. Some seem weird, but hey, if they work why not give them a try. Right? Thanks. |

Note that these are general guidelines; your specific GenoType Diet may vary. Always follow the values for the foods listed in the diet section. Those are always specific to your unique needs.
so emphasize diamonds and sfs..... if eating neutrals, try the genoharmonic combos for the extra kicking up a notch......how does that sound? |

Yes thanks Lola because I prefer the diamonds/superfoods to having to make a crazy combination out of those geno harmonic foods. I try to do it a few times a week, but I was wondering if this should be a daily effort...I'm relieved to just "kick it up a notch" on occasion.... If you saw some of my GHs you'd understand...
Here's an example of one of my higher starred GH food combos:
portobello mushrooms with blackberry juice, chinese kale, cranberry juice, flax seed, ghee, herring, leeks, mackerel, mullet, natto, pickle brine, sardines, soybean granules and lecithin.. |

mmm, Chloe...chopped leeks and chinese kale sauteed in ghee with a grilled portabello...sounds delicious! Toss on a bit of ground flax to soak up all the juice and ghee if you really wanted to go all out. Maybe a shot glass of cranberry juice as a chaser? That list does not seem so bad.
But I do know what you mean, some of the lists are pretty strange *lol*. |

You picked the easier foods to work with... ...I could defintely make the kale with grilled portobello. It's those fish. But I did find canned mackerel which tastes much like sardines. I love to eat ghee right out of the jar...And pickle brine I could probably sip right out of the pickle jar. OMG.... |

My genoharmonic food lists are very strange combinations, for sure. But most of them contain butter, green tea, and cranberry juice, so I figure it's pretty easy to make at least two of those part of every meal. |

Hi, I was wondering what might take higher priority in our eating on SWAMI; diamonds or Geno Harmonic food combinations? Or are they just working in different ways? .
GenoHarmonic foods are combinations of foods chosen to meet particular health objectives. Superfoods are not specific to a particular health objectives, they are chosen as good foods for anyone of your type. When you generate a SWAMI you are given the option of letting the computer choose the health objective that might be most beneficial to you or choosing the objective yourself.
Quoted from Available objectives:
# Enhance Global Methylation: This setting will emphasize food combinations that enhance methylation reactions, typically via DNA methyltransferase or by serving as a source of methyl donors. Good for inflammatory conditions and anti-aging strategies # Enhance Histone Function: This setting will emphasize food combinations that enhance inhibit histone deacetylase. Good for oncology management. # Enhance AGE Removal: This setting will emphasize food combinations that enhance glycation endproduct removal. Useful for metabolic syndrome, anti-aging and diabetic management # Ubiquitinylation: This setting will emphasize food combinations that enhance removal of cellular debris ubiquinine pathway and the Golgi apparatus. This enhances many cellular functions (membrane trafficking, cell signaling, cell cycle control, X chromosome inactivation and the maintenance of chromosome structure)
If none of the Geno Harmonic options are things that are needed in your case, than you can ignore this section of your report and only pay attention to the superfoods. |

my Diamonds and SFs in my particular swami, are in fact individualized to my needs.....
the combination of neutrals in our geno harmonic groups, enhance their nutritional values to serve our specified objectives. |

Thanks, C_Sharp! Very helpful. That explains why swami calculates my best to be 'enhance histone function'. |
