Most definitely (Mexican)Red Beans, also call Small Red Beans.

They are widely used in Southern States and I can't find any definite information. There are a lot of comparisons out there to Adzuki (good for me) and Red Kidney Beans (bad for me), so this is pretty confusing.

Orange Blossom Essence. Oranges are avoid for me, but this essence is made from the flower, so could be a neutral....

A clearer explanation on coffee, coffeemate and caffeine free powder or brewed   alone standing differences.  with much more exact 'expansions of explanations' of the effects on the body.

I see coffee having certain disadvantages, and touted also as having advantages..what to differentiate in basic explanations.

Exactly what about coffee? the beans the processing of the beans into (instant) coffee,
and a distinction between coffee and decafe, water washed or chemical washed,

and a much more specific distinction to Cream versus non dairy cream..

thanks..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

Moose

The rating for Venison covers Moose...
The most common large game meat is venison, which, though commonly thought of as deer, is a term that broadly includes the meat from elk, moose, reindeer, caribou and antelope.

Acorn squash - use the Squash rating under live foods.
Coconut water is acceptable for all.

Has Dulse been suggested already?

My SWAMI shows Kelp, Nori, Wakame and a few others, but Dulse is not mentioned.
