Again, I don't know if this has been mentioned before but I would like to see foods that have been eliminated for pesticide load or GMO status added to the list with an *organic only* modifier.

If the only reason these foods are avoids is because the non-organic version is poisonous, then please indicate whether the organic version would be acceptable.

I like using many types of herbs for healing. I've done my SWAMI and have the BTD Encyclopedia but after doing SWAMI, I'm not sure if those recommendations still apply.

So these are the items I'd like to see added:

neem
zeolite
ashitaba
mahuang
pu-erh tea
garcinia
gymnema sylvestre
maca
skate liver oil
butter oil

I second all of these!

A few more requests:

dried raw olives
dried raw fruit w/o sulfites: apricots, mangoes, gojiberries (i.e. if the fruit is listed, is the dried version included)
powdered garlic
cheese (cow, sheep and goat) made with raw pasture-raised milk

hosta leaves
hosta flowers

preferably from various species

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.
