Will your age have any impact on regaining the best health you can be - will it take longer as probably older people have more health issues and stuff to de - tox possibly by past ignorance in choices of "proper" food.
I continue to try and learn all about this swami received only this week in England
Best wishes to all

You're as young as you feel! Now if I can only follow that! |

I choose to believe that age makes no difference for having success on the genotype program. If there is a 3-6 washout period to re-set your genetics, then it should apply to everyone of all ages in the same way..That is of course, if you're staying on the program compliantly and following the principles and recommendations for exercise and taking appropriate supplements for your type. If someone told me "you're older than the others so your chances are poorer or will take far longer to be successful", it might color my attitude. So honestly, I don't think I want to know the answer if one is different from what I want to believe..I wish to believe my chances are as good as a 30 year old! |

It's all individualistic.
Having said that, some processes are clearly affected by aging. Whether or not that should affect the amount of time you spend on the 'detox' phase is up to you. Also, one may need to revist the detox phase later if you find yourself gaining weight or so on. |

If you arrived here very ill with changes in the architecture of your body from things like osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease and vascular disease your body will not change back. The future will be brighter because of the way you have chosen to live. Look at LarryC his story is very compelling and he did all with the BT O diet. |
