When I ordered the SWAMI I got a box of Unibars and now I have no idea how to figure them into the equation. Any thoughts? I didnt see them as an AVOID anyway

They are a bit difficult to classify. I consider them to be mainly protein because I can eat half of one for breakfast and stay full right to lunch--only protein does that for me, sugar makes me crash and burn within an hour or two. That's just my personal preference though, I have no hard evidence to back it up.

so maybe count it as one of my protein servings? wasnt sure if i should think of it as a veggie protein, or fruit, or what.

Good Lord.  I'd never make it on just 1/2 of a bar for breakfast.

Breakfast like a King.. lunch like a Queen and dinner like a Pauper.

JMO--I'd count it as protein with some fruit thrown in. Perhaps it could be likened to eating a small turkeyburger with cherry juice or blueberries added.
