On the line "Print Abbreviated Diet Report" select "YES" from the pull-down menu.

SWAMI Xpress now uses SSL encryption

Although it employs its own encryption, SSL gives added privacy security.

ALERT

I am working on another level of encryption ('Goldfarb'). As parts of the program move through the process, you may see weird letters in certain name fields and think that they are a different person. Don't worry! Those weird names are you, they're just encrypted, and I have yet to find that spot in the program for updating the code so that those labels are sent for de-encryption.

Babysitter Mode


SWAMI Xpress now employs a 'baby-sitting' mode to automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. This is especially important when sharing computers or using SWAMI from a publicly available computer.


When you load a SWAMI form, it starts a timer and monitors your screen for inactivity. If after 6 minutes, SWAMI has not detected any activity (a key press, mouse movement or scroll), it will automatically log you out and send you to the SWAMI Login Screen. Each time you perform some type of activity, SWAMI automatically resets the timer back to zero.

The Inactivity Monitor displays as a progress bar in the upper right hand portion of your screen:

Vernacular

SWAMI Xpress now supports two different language vernaculars, 'English-US' and 'English-UK'

To use the UK food naming convention, select this option from Manage Account Screen.

New Spanish Vernacular

SWAMI Xpress now supports three different language vernaculars, 'English-US','English-UK' and 'Spanish'

English-US is the default naming convention, to change vernacular, select your choice from the pull down option from Manage Account Screen.

Right now, the food names are translated, but the other report descriptives are not. Hopefully soon!
