is this your swami? or the list from the book you follow?
in all swamies, there s detailed info as to why certain foods are diamonds or SFs......
domesticated birds which are known to be free of immuno-reactive proteins, lectins and other allergens.... I believe this is the difference between one and the other value.... |

Staying up late, running the SWAMI... Holy SMOKES I'm a GATHERER?!?!? So I can't chat with the Hunters any more You think you are bad off ... my ghee is 1/2 tsp 3x weekly. Basically I can walk by the jar and wave at it, sigh. |

Ali Tot,
I only get 1/2 tsp of ghee 1x a week!
And it is listed in so many of my geno-harmonic foods too, but if I only get 1/2 tsp once a week guess I won't be using it often to geno-harmonize!

When I have sleepless nights, maybe 1 per month (usually hormone related or over exercised sore muscles), I take 1000mg of 5htp and an advil. Advil is the only thing that can relieve my lactic acid muscles.
My A husband takes tryptophan (I can't take them, they knock me out for days).

Absolutely. In my case I think its partly a 'hangover' from earlier candida. I cant stand tobacco smell, am careful with cleaning products and don't like city centres because of pollution... |

My chemical tolerance has improved significantly, mostly while still on BTD. |

etc.

I'm very sensitive to chemicals, easily getting severe headaches from gasoline fumes, perfumes, cleaning products. I'm also easily nauseated by certain food smells, like cooked bell peppers and brussels sprouts. But, I love a little whiff of skunk once in awhile |

Interesting. We are supposed to be able to tolerate environmental chemicals better. I was injured by formaldehyde and am very sensitive to that, in any form, including forest fire smoke in addition to all the usual things. My recovery time may be somewhat shorter since the BTD/GTD, but I still react and am sick for a while after bad exposures. |

Wow.. I just had most of my rice choices move over into superfoods! This must have been an update.
the GTD always had rice as a superfood and then when I went swami it changed to neutral..
on re-checking which I do every few days (with all the changes and subtle corrections Dr. D is making), there all the rice was back in the left superfood column. ya hoo! i've got white rice in neutral.
Oh.. here's a question.. coffee is a total avoide, but decaf is not listed. any chance decaf is a neutral? i use an organic water processed instant brand, when i use it. |

Good question. My instinct says 'no' but that's not a sufficient answer.... |

I am also very chemical sensitive. Gasoline type smells give me an instant headache, yet nail polish remover is ok. |

So coffee is a black dot in the book. in my swami it's an avoid.. so have to go with the swami.
also "Mozzerala cheese - all types" is a neutral. I didn't know there was more than on etype of Mozzerala cheese.. is there?
and I can't seem to find hemp milk in the GTD book or the swami.. i thought for sure I had seen it in the book as a superfood..so it must be a neutral. anyone? |

Two questions..
does anyone know why Carob is not listed anywhere in my Swami? I thought maybe under Spices or Beans.. but nothing... so a neutral?
Also if I'm allergic to some medications but not to any foods, do I list on my swami info. that I have allergies? |
