I would like to briefly describe my personal experience with the Blood Type Diet, and to thank Dr.D'Adamo one more time.

I am learning so many things from your books, articles and online material, and understanding always better the connections between my health issues, the blood type and concepts that I was already familiar with".

When I discovered the blood type diet thanks to one of the Doctor's books, entitled, "Allergy, Fight them with the blood type diet" I was intrigued by this connection and astonished of the description of the biochemicals characteristics and personality profile of my blood type. I was amazed of how many similarities I found with myself.

My blood type allows a good variety of grains, for I am getting use to these substitutes, and also thanks to the "Personalized Living" E-Books, to cook new foods for myself in different ways and with more enthusiasm and creativity.

Thanks to the Swami Express now I have a more precise and reliable list of foods and meals to plan, and the possibility to "adjust my genes to myself" instead of "myself to the genes", as Dr.D'Adamo says, for I encourage everyone who follow this diet to accomplish.

In conclusion I have to say that since I am following this diet in a way more considered and taking regularly supplements for my type and genotype I do not suffer almost anymore of the variety of discomforts that were making my life sometime very difficult.

I am trying to follow all of the Doctor's recommendations for my type and I am getting always better.
