I didn't see any particular place to post "introductions", but just wanted to say hi and let you all know I'm lurking and learning! After praying for God to lead me to the right diet for me, I was led right here. Funny how so many of the foods I've had issues with are on my avoid list  I've been at this for 2 weeks now, and I have to say I'm surprised at the weight loss I've experienced (about 10 lbs), even though I haven't been perfect. I also seem to have many of the health issues that O's are susceptible to...hoping to have a great testimony to share in the future~but for now I'm just thrilled that the weight is coming off! Thanks for being here! |
