Not a day goes by that I don't thank my lucky stars that I discovered the BTD. I've lost track now but I think I started around 8 years ago. I work in an office of around 400 people with all the sickness that implies. And I just float through it like a free agent, rarely succumbing to a bug, and if I do, knowing that my immune system has the goods to fight off anything. The only thing I miss is the great leaps in health you get when you first start on the diet. Now I seem to have reached a plateau of good health that is the new normal. But who's complaining  |
