After my annual physical, I went for a series of blood tests and an ECG.

As the technician started asking me about my weight and height during the ECG prep, I defensively said that I had lost 80 lbs on a diet with lots of veggies, little grains, moderate animal protein and little fruit.  The first thing she asked was: "What is your blood type?"



I said O and told her that since I could not exercise much I went on an advanced version of the blood type diet.  She told me to come back next year - slimmer.  It is amazing how much better it is talking to someone about this diet face-to-face.

I mean no offense; I like the forums and would not want to see them shut down.

The word is getting out!

The nurse in my new doctors' practice also mentioned eating for blood type - word is certainly getting out.

Just had a women blood type B ( in the hospital) tell me that her sister  follows a strange diet.. the BTD.

I said," What is so strange about that?"

She left the hospital-- saying I guess I better read that book.

That's great, Paul!  I was talking to my MD and his nurse about BTD at my annual visit back in August, and they were very receptive.  The word is getting out indeed.
