A few years ago I "won" the right to buy Swami access for my DW - from a weekly weight loss bet with her. After over a year of ignoring her Swami, she is now beginning to work with it, and is more than supportive of the kids eating much closer to the A secretor diet. I now have everything in place in terms of my own needs to descend from my plateau a little above 320 lbs. I have gained while sticking to the diet about 3/4 of the time and not taking much in the way of supplementation. Despite this, my hip bones have emerged from the flab around my sides and I have gained musculature and strength. Since this summer has been a good sweating season, I will make the most of the rest of it.  |

There are at least a dozen INTP's on the board that I could name - given enough time.
There is another board that I frequent where the to most common MB types were INTP and INFP.
The board is disproportionately Explorer-biased as well. Explorers being that little more ... challenging, shall we say. |
