Yesterday my optometrist confirmed what I already knew -- my vision has improved! In March (of this year) I began incorporating [vegetarian] Superfoods from my Gatherer Genotype into my diet, and I eliminated most of the toxins. I also have been taking Ocubright. Most 61-year-old people do not have improvement in their eyesight, so I am very happy with this development. |

Great! Can you please be more specific about how your eyesight improved? For example, do you have less trouble reading close up now? Or are you less nearsighted than before?
Thanks |
| My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant. Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index. DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer. |

I also take Ocubright. I have glaucoma and my pressure has been stabilized. I highly recommend it. |

Interesting.. a pharma product that might even work. I am just so 'pilled' and 'supplemented' out.. I can gag just thinking of them now.. I am taking all sorts O specific for diet, intestinal issues, and diabetes.. if I add one more pill I will take none.. they all will rot in the shelve.. but I will keep this one in mind. it's a good heads up for diabetics. Mom had problems later in life after cateract surgery and she developed spots in her vision.. she had to give up all pleasures of reading knitting, sewing, crocheing, and walking without fear, so this is indeed a good post.. |

Wonderful post. Thanks for sharing it. Detached retina runs in my family and my eyes are continually getting worse. I wear progressive lenses now and being in front of a computer screen all day doesn't help either. I am going to look into Ocubright and see if it helps me. What kind of vegetarian super foods are you eating? |

That is wonderful! I'm also curious as to what specifically has improved about your eyesight - close up or far away, or both. I would be thrilled if mine improved. Will look into Ocubright. Congratulations!! |

ElaineP, this is such a good news! Very encouraging! And I'm glad to hear that RedLilac has been able to stabilize the pressure of her eyes. A colleague of mine has glaucoma and I have suggested Ocubright to her. As for me, my short-sightedness has improved. I think that's thanks to the use of pinhole glasses. Another tip for eyesight improvement is goji berries. I used to have blurry eyes every evening... after starting to eat goji berries every day, I don't have problem anymore. In traditional Chinese medicine, these berries have the quality of "brightening the eyes." |
