I am amazed at my overall health changes that occured since being on this eating plan. I began the diet for weight loss. While I have lost some weight, the biggest  benefits have come in the way of feeling healthy again.

My overall energy level is amazing. I actually feel alive again. I think this is because I feel so much better all over. I have started walking and am training for my first 5K.

Learning about the grains that my body can and cannot tolerate has been the biggest help to me.  I am happy with the alternative grains such as rice, and I have learned to limit the amount I eat each day. I no longer experience gas or bloating.

I have always had a heavy monthly cycle. Over the last few years it has become horrible. The last two months I have had normal cycles with moderate flow and NO blood clots!!
