My husbands boss is 70 and has Glaucoma, every time he goes to the doctor his numbers are high ( the pressure in his eyes).
He has been following his SWAMI and his eye pressure is greatly improved. He was so happy he called my husband from the doctors office to tell him.

It is really good that the boss was willing to listen and take advice from an employee...

I have to add this here, Andrea.  Since we're on the subject.

We had a work "event" today where I saw a bunch of DH's co-workers.  One of them, who is similar to me in temperament (and we get along splendidly), said, "Hey, you know, I got that GenoType book Rob told me about."

I was surprised.  "Yeah?"

"Yeah.  I think I'm a Gatherer.  I tried the BTD a while back and lost 45 pounds and then kind of quit trying....And now I'm interested again."  I encouraged her to give it another shot as I inconspicuously yet obviously pushed my Coke out of her line of vision.  (Really, I didn't want to drink such an awful thing, but I desperately needed the caffeine for the afternoon drive home and there wasn't any coffee available.)  We got a hearty laugh out of it, but she understood it's not something I do very often.
