I am so happy that my sister with her family husband and two son 15 and 13 years old (all As) is on BTD GTD ! I passed her the link to warrior and teacher here and she could not find a better description of her 15 years warrior (as her husband 99 %, his father and the uncles by features and medical history). Luckly we were used to a lot of veggies and fruit also before BTD and GTD, so the change is more on carbos and proteins, but only the 13 years old is a little fussy and very conservative on his food. The boys both love Nutella too much, but I'll send them a safe and tasty alternative. Sausages, salami, Parma ham vade retro. They are treated by easy sources for spelt, kamut and whole wheat, superfood for warriors. Paint me green as a celiac... (I hope my celiac and hypothyroid brother will get it one day, he is neither gluten free) Dr D's ideas reveal always great !  |
