I added my 2cents.
Interestingly, a friend I haven't spoken to in ages is a Type B and inquiring about the diet. We used to work together and she ordered chicken every day for lunch! I sent her some info but I think "no chicken" will be a tough hurdler for her to get over. I never saw anyone eat so much chicken and then to find out she's a B!
