Hi friends, the real truth is BTD and GTD are really way better than any other health path ! I am 48 and I enrolled again at the gym and I can do what I did 10 or 15 year ago, after some year of only yoga and one year and half without exercising at all, just walking a lot for all my errands, and cleaning my home. I do every day a lot of breathing exercise as I play recorder and baroque flute and that's all. I do have an inch more in my waist but I hope to lose it with my gym compliance. May be I have been too free with a couple of biscuits here and there and two teaspoons of Jam with grape sweetener (grape is an avoid for Teacher). I must say I can exercise as a health duty but I do not love too much it. If there are suggestion on the best waist\belly exercise, I'll hear them gladly and in the mean time I feel very safe and grateful for this WOL BTD and GTD ! A nice Sunday for you ! Maria Giovanna |

One I haven't thought about in year, the old spread your legs shoulder width apart and touch right fingers to left foot, and left fingers to right foot, you decide on how many. Another good one for the waist is get invest in a hula hoop ( know they have the ones with weights in them now, but I'm sure the good old fashion ones still work) How about just twist top of body above waist, first to right, then to left. Do crunchies (sit ups) with your stomach sucked in. If you don’t suck that tummy in then the muscle will bulge out and you don’t want that. For your obliques (side muscles) crunch (sit up) towards each side not just straight up.

on back with knees bent and feet on the floor fingers laced behind head inhale deeply exhale and pull tummy in tight as you lift the head and shoulders off the floor. Do NOT tuck chin. inhale as you slowly lower to the floor repeat as many times as you can. build up slowly |
