Hi All, I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue for 2 years and after some recent surgery and complications  I have had a major relapse, I currently undergo naturopathic and chinese medicine alternative treatments and whilst they are probably helping I need to try something new.

Can anyone fill me in who has CF if the eating for your blood type has helped. I don't expect that this will cure me (as there is no cure) but maybe boost my energy and help me along the way.

Any advice tips on the BFD would be greatly appreciated particularly from other CF sufferers who have tried it.

I might just be really stubborn.....or naive.....or dense.....or maybe just a Warrior.....but the words "no cure" conjure up visions of painted warriors rising up and slaying "undefeatable" dragons.  

I was diagnosed with CF and fibromyalgia when I was 20.  I still deal with CF, but I think a good bit of it now has to do with being a mother several times over.  Look into healing your adrenals.  My fibromyalgia is gone.  I defeated it by simply following the Type A secretor diet, and that wasn't even the right diet for me.  So give it a shot and keep us posted.  You won't be sorry.  You have nothing to lose.

I have been dealing with fatigue for the past 6 years or so.  I don't think there is a quick fix and neither do I believe that it must be just endured.  I vigorously work my nutritional and lifestyle systems to promote my own health and healing, and if I'm consistent, my fatigue is so much less that it ceases to be a problem.  Whenever I get careless, I experience fatigue again.  It seems to be something that can remain in the potential category, so it's a great motivator for me to take responsibility and be proactive.

The things that help me:
As close to 100% as possible following my GTD diet.  High on the superfood and diamond choices.  Neutrals are for variety but not the core of my diet.

Give my body at least 9 hours in bed every night even if I'm not sound asleep the whole time.

Do whatever is necessary to deal with stress in a healthy way.

Get enough exercise, but not too much, and include some calming exercise also, such as tai chi or yoga.

Take advantage of the great supplements that are available for our genotypes or bloodtypes, and especially the adaptogens.

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are.
