My DH used to have to have his ears cleaned professionally. I guess something is missing from his diet now and he's not having to do that anymore. Might be the nightly HUGE bowl of ice cream, choc syrup and Oreos
I've been traveling and at the family's house. Eating junk is catching up w/ me........ in my ears and head. Dosing w/ the Collinsonia and Redoxa and vowing to knock off the junk. Didn't get to pack much compliant food as it was a spur of the moment trip.
My DD has this itchy ear, peeling thing.....I'm going to mention this to her, tho it'll do no good, at least not for now, but it'll plant a seed. She has psoriasis, so she will ONLY blame it on that. Now.....wonder what causes psoriasis?

Sounds like bacterial overgrowth to me A Teachers have a problem with this.  Bacteria maybe in the upper GI tract or sinus cavity.

Wheat may exacerbate it but the underlying problem is bacteria. So if you eliminate the wheat that is only treating the symptoms, get under the cause and get rid of it.

Good probiotics Blood Type A Polyflora the best ones. Feed those good bacteria so they stick around.

As I was reading through this thread and before coming to your post, Andrea, I was also going to say that this sounds like something is going on in the gut.

Clean up down there. Take some anti bacterial/anti parasitic/anti fungal preparation with probiotics (Polyflora), see if you have white lines and fix them with Intrinsa, L-Glutamine and Polyflora. There may be a mix of microbial overgrowth and gut permeability, letting things seep through and create these reactions. The wheat is probably the last drop that makes the vessel spill over.

Wow this is fantastic, now I know why my ears itch and feel like there is wax in them and there is barely a drop.

*for some strange reason I thought 12 grain bread was okay for me* didn't notice side effects except the ears now you you mention it
and what about the boobs (nipples, in particular) another sign of wheat? I would guess so!

Not sure what this means?

sounds like dry skin, if nothing else...try using almond oil, or a shea butter based lotion (which goes on smoother)

Well I'm now well and truly past the wheat free stage and ears are 'perfect'....BUT...I have a 'boom boom' throbing noise going on.
I do have 40% hearing loss equally in both ears through an accident when I banged the back of my head...
Wondering if it's a sinus problem? Haven't had a cold or anything.

Jayneeo...I've had that sometimes but just scratched the offending one and not thought too much about it! You could be right...
And please avoid those grains completely for just a few days and notice the difference! When you think about it...bread type foods are a very small part of our daily eating and can be repaced by other things just as satisfying.

Pat...I agree I think it could be your DD's answer to her skin problem but guess she has to get bad enough to think it through.
