I have injury induced.  When I was 1st diagnosed and went to a specialist my pressure was 25.  Yesterday I went for a check-up and it was 13.  I asked what was normal and she said between 10 & 20.  I asked if I could go off my medication (Xalatan).  She is concerned because at one point it was so high.  She said if she took me off, Id have to come back frequently to have the pressure checked and this is my busy travel season for work.  My next appointment is December 4 and she said to ask her again at that time. I dont travel as much in the winter.

My medication was switched 3 times before my pressure started going down.  This was before I went on BTD.  Then I started taking herbs & vitamins for the eyes and the pressure improved even more.  She was so impressed with that that she started recommending them to her other patients.

This is the only prescription medicine I take.  Id love to be rid of it.  The only OTC medication I take is Benadryl occasionally when needed.   I am convinced eating the Swami way has been a tremendous help in keeping me so healthy.

I agree SWAMI/GTD is the key!

My pressure was 20 last time I was measured. Should I start doing things now to improve that?

Andrea... did you see the discussion I am having with Destroyer? He thinks I am a Warrior, and when we last measured my legs according to the youTube video, Lower was longer than Upper.

What do you think?

You may want to add some supplements to your diet for your eye that have lutein, and, zeaxanthin in them.  NAP used to have a product, but when it was discontinued I switched to another product that had been recommended to me by someone on this foreum.
