Just wanted to share my story with everyone since I'm new to the site.  I've been following the BTD since 2007.  Before I started the BTD I was depressed and on many many medications for anxiety/depression.  I also weighed 190 pounds. I am now 125 pounds and take no medications for anxiety and depression.  I'm happy and see the world in a whole new way.  I attended the IFHI 2009 and I learned so much.  The BTD and GTD have opened up new realms of possibilities for me and my future family.  I'm very grateful for the work of Peter D'Adamo. Thanks Dr.D!

I was there with my mother.  Not sure if we met. I was sitting in the front and wore a pink hoodie.
