My no-body-fat-very strong Gatherer husband seems to have increased muscle mass in his calves after a month or so on diet.  He has been the same weight since Jr. High.  I think his mid back is a little increased as well.

He has been toting his snacks and lunches from home (no more baddies from the express mart), says he is eating somewhat less but apparently getting better nutrition.

Now he is more vocal than I about this approach!

debra+, yes, it is amazing.  We had such a wild time deciding he was a gatherer because he looks like a hunter, with a lot of mixed attributes. But we kowtowed to the measurements and went for it, and he has also reduced inflammation (used to pop ibuprophen, OMG)and is somewhat less irritable.  I think he has the basic sweet nature but pain, physical discomfort used to contribute to the irritability factor.

So...so far, so good.  We'll try the genotype supplements next.

Been there...it is so wonderful to feel the way your body is supposed to feel.

I haven't yet, but NAP is having a 50% off special on the GTD supplements. Great deal.   Good luck to you and your hubby.
