Ok, so this isn't a BTD testimonial, more of a 4fortype.com testimonial.
I'm embarrassed to confess, but when I first moved into my current apartment, I read the lease agreement paperwork for another apartment I had looked at instead of my actual lease agreement to get my address down pat. Thankfully, I figured out I was giving people the wrong address before much harm was done, BUT I had placed an order with NAP which was shipped to the wrong address and lost to me. I contacted Nancy at NAP today, told her my situation, and she agreed to re-send the order to me (at my correct address) for only the cost of shipping.
That is what I call great customer service. Thank you Nancy! |

Fast shipping! Sometimes I get my order the NEXT DAY from them..  Also, I can just email the dispensery and tell them what I want and they ship it right out...efficient. |

I almost always get everything the next day. They are so awesome there. I usually order on line but there have been times when I've called because it's fairly late in the day and they've gone out of their way to be helpful and fast!
