Do you mean actually changing to a different color? That I haven't heard of but I certainly have a reduced amount of gray hair since on the diet. |

Last weekend my hairdresser commented that my roots were thicker. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue in April – too much caffeine did me in. Every time I slip with something in my diet, I can see or feel the results. |

I have been a victim of that local custom in the past as well!!!  used to have long hair, braided it.....ladies would pull on the braid and size it at the supermarket......not very nice! think they wished for it to be a false piece!! the pulls came with no warning.....aggravating!!  |

very interesting about the caffeine- I am still weaning off of it completely.
I struggle with finding a natural shampoo and conditioner that will not damage my hair, however, in general, my hair is much darker than before I started the BTD |
