So people have actually noticed a difference in their hair colour since going on the diets? I was wondering about that yesterday....

Do you mean actually changing to a different color? That I haven't heard of but I certainly have a reduced amount of gray hair since on the diet.

Is that a local custom in Arkansas?     Also, what does "a good feel" mean?

I have noticed hair colour returning to some former grey hairs - like there will be colour from the root to part way down the hair & the last bit will still be grey - I just snip that end bit off...

Still am getting a few new short grey ones emerging, but hoping they will lessen with increased compliancy...

Last weekend my hairdresser commented that my roots were thicker.   I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue in April – too much caffeine did me in.  Every time I slip with something in my diet, I can see or feel the results.

I have been a victim of that local custom in the past as well!!!
used to have long hair, braided it.....ladies would pull on the braid and size it at the supermarket......not very nice!
think they wished for it to be a false piece!!
the pulls came with no warning.....aggravating!!

very interesting about the caffeine- I am still weaning off of it completely.

I struggle with finding a natural shampoo and conditioner that will not damage my hair, however, in general, my hair is much darker than before I started the BTD
