My friends say they can't do two social events in 24 hours which is why not many people are coming to my New Years party.  This is insane.  Could it be that my wonderful diet has given me so much more stamina that I can socialize more than my friends?  They talk about how they have to crash and rest after an event.  And here I am planning an event after the New Years Eve party.  I don't understand why they're so fatigued.  They can't understand how I could do two things in 24 hours.

If this is the case, that I have more stamina, then that's quite a testimonial.  I'm not a high-energy person and still struggle with adrenal fatigue.  But yet I can easily handle two events in 24 hours.  Hm.....

Hi Ribbit and I agree I too have more stamina or endurance than the common standard.
I had gluten as a trigger of postprandial lack of energy and beef slowing my digestion. Dairy gave me terrific colds and sinusitis from fall to early spring and allergies (dairy and gluten together are still very dangerous for me.
I believe that I am not yet in whole adrenal exaustion because of adaptogens and vit C I use regularly.
If only I were compliant up to 95  % my energy could be scaring!
However party events with big meals not compliant were really a bit tiring and I needed a half day to recover oftern before BTD and GTD. Thank you Dr D !
Best wishes  and  your children are fabulous ; better than the images of advertising.

Funny you say that about advertising.  I talked with the photographer about them being models and he said he thought they had potential, but not necessarily together.  He said they'd need training.  I don't know anyone in the industry, but it's something to think about.  Pay for their college anyway.

Why thank you.   Between diet, exercise and Genoma I hope to keep up that trend.
