Hi everyone.
After finally moving and living out of a motel for 2 1/2 weeks i got a place and am settling in as it was a stressful and crazy event. Diet has been terrible even before the move and need to get back on the wagon as i have health issues mainly Blood Sugar issues and Multiple Sclerosis as it mainly effects my feet.
Question i have is those on here who have had health issues whatever they were once you started eating for your blood type how long until you noticed a change or improvement. Day(s) weeks, months etc....
I wish i could find the blogs on here where some members were interviewed about how the blood type diet healed their autoimmune diseases as it was inspiring to read about them months back.
Thanks as always. harry.

Hey harry1 (Love the name...it was my dad's) welcome back to the forum. Glad to hear that you are out of the motel room and that you will be able to do your own cooking. Took me two weeks (maybe less) to realize that this was the way to go. It's funny, after being on this way of life for seven years, I have forgotten many of the ailments I had until someone comes on and mentions something about what they have. I think to myself...I used to have that...and smile. Not sure about the blogs you are talking about, but I think that they were done by Cocky. From what I understand she will be coming back so watch for her. You can go to the bloggers section and check out the old archives of past bloggers. I am not sure if they are in any order though. There is also the testimonial section that has great inspirational stories in it. Good luck and keep us posted. Debra |

That's it Dr. D as all of her interviews are on there as i have lots of reading to do. Thankyou for all your research on the subject of food and it's interaction with our Blood Type. I'm so glad you contested Andrew Weil in your blog. harry. |

Just to say thanks for the positive feedback and all Debra and 2 weeks is not that long. While i won't cure this in 2 weeks i do hope to see some slow improvements. I'm going by the book as far as my Type O Non Secretor status goes. Even my favorite fruit Apples will be history as they are an avoid for Non Secretors and i trust Dr. D's knowledge on all of this.
Anyway thanks again !!! harry |

harry,
Have you done the Genotype Diet? With your autoimmune problems, you sound like a "Hunter" to me.
If that's the case, you might gain some great benefit from Dr. D's "glycosia" supplements, as they lower blood sugar with ingredients like maitake mushroom, and his Hunter formulation, as it tones down the overimmune response with ingredients like Chinese Skullcap and omega-3 fish oils.
Most of all, keep those carbs low, and focus on proteins and plants instead. |

do you have Mercury fillings?
One of the things Dr. D told me at my visit was that he thought I should have my fillings changed due to free radicals that he noticed. He does not know about my teeth issues which I've had a lot of. Mostly bad dentists. So to say have your fillings changed is not so easy, unless you really trust your dentist. |
