I'm so happy that Bill has lost the weight that he gained last weekend when he cheated.  When I tried to explain the details of why he is doing so well he said "I don't need to know why or how it works...I just see that it does work for me & that's good enough for me and all I need to know.  Yesterday he was on a business trip & proudly told me that he ordered a salad instead of the usual sandwich. When he's home with me I control his food choices but when he's away it's anybody's game...I see that he is now playing on my GTD/BTD team...I'm so happy.  I think it was a real eye-opener for him last week when I saw how quickly his weight came back after just a few gooey deserts & cookkies for breakfast.

Thanks Deb & Andrea...yes, I'm so happy that Bill sees the value here....I'm so proud of him. Now I'm not going to be the only one who says "no thank you" when hosts try to offer us avoids.
