I am very grateful & still amazed that Dr. D has done so much to change my life in such a profound way...two days ago I accidentally stuck a sewing needle deeply into my thunb while I was sewing. Before the BTD/GTD this would have resulted in a major infection but this time...nothing...I don't know how his food combinations work but I do know that it does work for me...very grateful & still amazed. |

So I guess what this means to me is that I really need to stick to my O nonnie diet now that I have had surgery on my lip. Thanks for the reminder!! It is so easy to eat the wrong foods when you feel bad. |
