I am very grateful & still amazed that Dr. D has done so much to change my life in such a profound way...two days ago I accidentally stuck a sewing needle deeply into my thunb while I was sewing.  Before the BTD/GTD this would have resulted in a major infection but this time...nothing...I don't know how his food combinations work but I do know that it does work for me...very grateful & still amazed.

I am still grateful and amazed as well.  Rex thanks for showing us that we can still be young even when our chronological age goes up by living right for our types.

OUCH!  Glad you healed up quickly.  This just goes to show that there are many hidden benefits we may not even realize.

So I guess what this means to me is that I really need to stick to my O nonnie diet now that I have had surgery on my lip.  Thanks for the reminder!!  It is so easy to eat the wrong foods when you feel bad.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again.  Blessings, meribelle
