........bless your heart!! I'm putting up my shield before I ask, but I was looking in the You: The Owners Manual book again and it lists caffeine as a trigger. You're not letting her drink coffee are you? But seriously, how about chocolate, green tea, anything w/ caffeine. Does she have them all the time or just when she has been to specific places? friends or relatives who might let her eat or drink whatever she wants? |

The only caffeine she ever gets is about 1/2 square inch of 100% chocolate (no sweetener) every so often, maybe once a month at the most. She's had about three migraines, all in the last year and a half or so. She may have had them before and just couldn't express what was happening. I don't think it's caffeine. I don't know what it is. The eye dr said it wasn't her optic nerve. |

Ribbit,
That seems to be true of every little girl.
Guys, on the other hand, are almost completely the opposite: Your average 18 year-old male is usually going on 5 1/2. |

Yes, yes! You should absolutely do that... I think it would generate an awful lot of buzz and interest, because it seems so exotic. |

Oh, yes please! I believe that a majority of people who have not had success on the blood type diet are those who did not take their secretor status into consideration. It makes so much difference! |

what is the most quickest way I can find out about the secretor test? doctors? Im in Australia. I found I have put on a little weight and the only things I really changed was I started taking Blackmores Cod Liver oil Tablets and also started eating salmon which I never ate before. I feel Im getting really bloated and have definatley put on weight suddenly. Cod liver oil and salmon are meant to be great for Hunters. Now Im wondering whether I am really a hunter? can anyone suggest anything? |

I ordered a secretor status test, but in the meantime Ill take out of my diet those things that I added. I think I might be a type O secretor as the foods that I added go against it: like salmon, cod liver oil + guarana. I am feeling really sick and very sluggish and fat. My weight is at about 55kgs and Im around 1.65m's tall, I feel my best at around 50kgs.
