I was in my local health food store & I overheard a customer tell the store clerk that he suffered from candida & was looking for help since his nutritionist advised him to discontinue eating rasin bran and now he is having trouble with constipation. I started talking to him since I suffered from that too and I told him about the BTD. He said, "that's funny because my nutritionist told me that she needs to know my blood type in order to treat me properly". He told me that he was going to his computer, find this site and look into the BTD. I hope he does because if anyone can help him, I know that you can. I told him to look for "Rex" & let me know how he's doing. I'll let you know if he does. |

Yes, I agree. They say there is no such thing as "chance"...all is planned by a higher power. |

Rex, your encounter sounds like alot of the ones I have. When I get my printer running again and make more business cards I plan on putting this website, Dr. D's name, and his first 2 book titles on the reverse side - I'm getting repetitive stress injuries from writing all this down for strangers!!! |

OSuzanna, that's such great news that the BTD will get a chance to help so many people. It feels so good to spread this good news, I'm glad that you do it too. |

Quoted from Rex
It feels so good to spread this good news,
it does feel good........I talk to someone about it almost every day it seems. it is really great when you know someone is truly interested and not just listening to humor you. doesnt happen alot, but I just remember I'm planting the seed. will water it later if I get the chance!! Glad you had such a positive experience so early on Rex! Good idea OSuzanna......I've had the same thought myself, but have never done it. |

I tried to convince NAP maybe a year ago to print business cards and put a couple in every order they ship out for exactly the purpose you described. Several of the other online stores I have shopped with do exactly that.
The world, or at least the USA, knows how to deal with business cards. They are easy to carry, even enough to be able to distribute a few. Where as a tri-fold brochure makes no sense for customers spreading the BTD by the word of mouth because no one is going to carry around a few tri-fold brochures just in case they run into someone that might be interested in the BTD.
Unfortunately, NAP didn't seem interested. |

Don...sorry your idea was rejected by NAP. But, word of mouth is good too...just think of it as excercise for your jaw & facial muscles. Different ways to excercise are always upermost on my mind. |

What about running it by Dr D? If he had cards printed up, I'm sure there are people on this forum who would buy them. |

Don,
You know, there's a website called vistaprint.com. Very often, you can design your own business cards through them, free of charge.
They even let you download your own graphics. So, I think that means you could use an NAP or a R4YT logo on the card, as well as your own face pic, if you like. |

I had a similar thing happen in Wal-mart on Saturday. I was in the frozen food section and had my book open. A lady passed by and stopped to talk to me. She said her daughter was telling her about BTD just this week and then she saw me with the book. We chatted for a while and she went on her way.
I don't believe in coincidences either. My best friend is the one that mentioned the book to me last week. I told her I have it. Had it for years but never could make the commitment to give up meat (usually chicken as I never did eat a lot of red meat).
I can tell you that last night after I ate a compliant dinner I felt better and not as bloated. I had blackeye peas, rice and peas. It was wonderful and I didn't miss my meat at all. |

Hi BayouBelle, When we're ready to hear it, the answer will come. By the way, if you like chicken, you can still eat it a few times a week. turkey chicken cornish hen etc. |

My definition of coincidence... When God wants to remain anonymous!
Two weeks ago, I was flying on business. I met a woman on an airplane that was bumped from her flight, I was able to get on an earlier flight, so here we were sitting beside each other talking about allergy and other health issues... She knows that various "smells" cause her to have anaphalactic shock. We discussed ER4YT and LR4YT, as well as the health protocols in the encyclopedia. I told her that I though she had much healing to do, but that it was realistic to expect that she could heal successfully. I know it will help immensely!
Last week I met a woman at a conference that has the Eat Right book, but hadn't read it... After our conversation, she was going home to read it and start implementing it. She has my e-mail address for questions, etc... We may see each other at the same conference in subsequent years, as well. |
