Hi guys! I couldn't find my back posts, so for those who haven't read them, I was having a hard time eating any carbs other than potatoes.  Which you know are avoids for O's!
Anyway, I wanted to say that after 3 weeks on Deflect, all of a sudden, I could feel that the potatoes were indeed "metabolic inhibitors": I would get cold & then very hungry after eating them.  It was like the Deflect had "turned on" my thyroid & it was working again!  My digestion has also improved so that I can handle the extra fiber from other more beneficial carb sources.  This is so cool!  After working on adrenal & digestive healing for 3 years, I finally feel like can see the light at the end of the tunnel!  And now I have the energy to start living life again; i'm cooking for my family more, biking and working out again, and even thinking I can now work more than 2 mornings a week.
I had never doubted Dr. D's lectin theory, but there is a vast difference between knowing a truth in your head, and actually EXPERIENCING a truth.
So now I'm a lectin convert.

That's great!  I'm new to Deflect myself, and I have noticed a difference in my stomach.  Keep up the good work.

Hi guys! I couldn't find my back posts,

Hi morelife7. Your back posts can be found by going to the member center and clicking on the 'Find latest posts by this member' below your name in the profile box.

This link should show you your most recent posts. There is also a search feature that is worth learning how to use, where you can find all of your posts that are still in the system, as well as other things you may wish to look for.

Congratulations on your diet success!
