It's now 2 yr. since I began the BTD....I am , first: grateful for the diet and the forum
2nd: extremely proud of myself!
3rd: 12 lbs lighter.........(which I lost in the first few months...hmmmm, time to drop a few more)
4th: much , much healthier.........thanks to all! †
