Dr. Peter D'Adamo has changed my life for the very good. THANK YOU. I had two dermatologists tell me there was no cure for psoriasis and I was using hydrocortisone to keep it at bay. Then I developed eczema on my hand and foot. Again, the dermatologists told me to use hydrocortisone. What they didn't tell me was that hydrocortisone thins your skin ALL over your body. I have had Eat Right For Your type for sometime and was somewhat following it. Then I found the "Blood Type Encyclopedia" and got very serious about the eating for your type and started following the "Proticols" for skin. I DO NOT HAVE PSORIASIS OR ECZEMA any where on my body and have dropped 12 pounds in 5 months while working out like crazy. Also, my mother had some strange bumps on her ankles and behind her knees. I started developing these same bumps, the dermatologists told me that there was NOTHING they do to get rid of these awful bumps. Since I started the skin "Proticol" these bumps are going away. DOCTOR, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I speak to anyone who will listen me me about your work and books. I can't say enough about you and your work. God Bless You. |

Welcome Cynthias - I can't tell you how happy I am that you have conquered the psoriasis. As a fellow sufferer, I am alway up for new cures. You say you followed the BTD Skin Protocol. Did you follow it exactly or did you tweak it a bit? I'm quite anxious to hear. And congrats to you! |

cynthias...welcome to the forum and the BTD way of life. What wonderful testimonial you have. Great to see that you have gotten rid of your psoriasis with eating this way and using the protocols. Especially after doctors telling you that there is nothing they can do. Another notch in Dr. D's belt. Do tell us what blood type you are and keep us posted on your success. Debra |

Cynthias, I am so happy to hear of your great news! And congratulations to you for taking responsibility of your own health. The BTD is a new way of thinking about our relationship to food and we don't get a lot of support from the medical community yet. But people like yourself and thousands of us around the world are testimony to the fact that it works, and heals, and promotes radiant health. I hope you'll stick around and keep us updated. |

Congratulations Cynthias! I am so happy for you and welcome to the BTD way of life. I am a newbie and I got serious and I am feeling better already. Now, that I think about it, my aches are better. I am drinking lots of water and club soda like Mrs. Rodgers said to do. It does make you feel good. I am just having trouble with the exercise thing. It is great to hear your testimonial. This is the best forum to be with. Lots of help and great knowledge. |

Cynthias, I hope you post your blood type. My friend who i believe is an O has suffered with eczema her whole life. This would be a great testimonial to pass on to her!. I guess it doesn't really matter if your the same BT as her, because if she folllows the diet and the protocols it should help her too. I have talked to her about the BTD and let her look at my books, but haven't peaked much interest. Maybe this will do the trick!. I'm soo happy for you! Mickey |

Cynthia...
When you say skin protocol, what are you referring to? I'm quite new and haven't finished reading the book. Is there a section for this in the booK? Or is it not using the avoids on our skin? |
