I have been following eating for my blood type for 1.5 years and have overcome many problems.  The biggest for me is my immune system.  I used to get bronchitis yearly and that has been overcome on this diet.  I used to get seasonal allergies and now they are very minimal.

There are still some other things that need to be overcome.  I am still healing.  Also, as a non-secretor I am learning about my sensitivities and that I am very sensitive to oils and fats and must use very little or my digestive system really acts up.  This is a new understanding and I am still learning about myself.

Overall, I wouldn't go back to being the moody, tired person I used to be who got sick every winter.

Been on the BTD for 4 mos.  Went off for a few weeks and allergies returned with a vengeance.  I'm currently back on the wagon.  This way of being has given me energy to burn, eliminated any kind of food "craving" and helped me understand things about my true genetic heritage and that of my type O husband's.  It's been quite an education.  I feel sorry for the yo-yo dieter I used to be, fighting cravings for fat & sweets all the time.  I don't worry much about portion size, just avoid the avoids and maximize the bennies & stop eating when I begin to "feel" the food in my body aka I'm full. Pretty simple.  This diet gives me so much energy I actually want to exercise, too, a miracle considering the couch-slug I once was. Daily Omega 369 fat supplements and eating oily fish a few times/week eliminated my fat cravings.  I'm soon to be 39 & feelin' fine!

Awesome, Lorelai!! Yay BTD! I had similar responses to my jumping "on" the wagon, too, interesting to hear it from a different BT.

I only just started posting, but I must say everyone's very nice & supportive here compared to other sites.  I love everything about this diet, even the website! I'd say one big difference compared to all other diet sites I've been on is nobody here is depressed, saying their diet plan is too hard to stick to or battling cravings. Very refreshing to be free of all that junk!
