My husband went totally off his diet this past weekend & this morning he said he feels awful.  I think that we have a convert here.  I'm very strict with myself & I'm doing better than I could have imagined.  I've always led the healthy lifestyle as I understood it to be do I did not think that I would notice much difference but I was wrong about that.  I've lost a few pounds without really trying (I'm in pretty good shape in that department) and I feel just overall very good.  My husband calls me obsessed about my health but the proof is that I most always feel great and he doesn't.

Thank you so much for sharing your testimony.  It makes it so much easier when everyone in the house is on board with the same eating plan goals.

Knowledge is power.  SWAMI gives you the diet that will unlock the key to better health, and it's all based on your unique individuality.

Hey Rex -

I'm glad you feel great!

I know my husband (an O) tried the BTD for about 1 month and then stopped.  He said it was too restrictive.  This coming from a man who has eaten Shake 'n Bake chicken 5 times per week for the past 4 years.  Oh well.  He won't eat any red meat because "it's bad for you."  Yea, much worse than Shake 'god only knows what's in it' and Bake.

He has given up coffee though.  He always said it made him feel crummy (his stomach is way over acidy).  He wouldn't acknowledge it's an avoid just that he feels better without it.

I hope your husband gets it.
