Well, I have a 78 years neighbour. She is my neighbour the autumn/winter months. The spring/summer months she lives in Austria. She is German.

She is O and has had 2 bypass surgery and 3 stents. In October she told me she was very worried because the Austrian doctors had told her she had developed diabetes.

I told her about the BTD and she went basically cold turkey on it. Except for some sweets (she has a sweet tooth) and a coffee a day.

I noticed how much better she looked. How much more energetic. More alive. She lost 10 pounds basically from the tummy on an already quite slim body. I would say the tummy was from years of whole wheat bread.

On Thursday she called me because on her return to Austria she had tests done and the heart doctor has congratulated her on her impresive improvement. She told him about the diet and he asked her to continue on it as it was working wonders on her.
She was so exited!

So this is yet another testimonial on how the BTD works even on a 78 year old body.

Too cool! I shared some food that was compliant with my Type O coworker who said "I feel so much better after I ate that!" Now she wants to know more about the BTD.

Not much merit on my part. Actually, it is a pleasure to deal with someone so trusting and open minded. Admirable to deal with a 78 year old woman who goes out to find the German version of ER4YT in Spain. She deserves her well being. She earned it! if only I could get at least my parents, husband, and mother in law... my life would be a breeze.

ISA, 100% on psychology. She is German by birth and lived there many years but she prefers to be considered Austrian.

How true Isa...that's as bad as referring to a Welsh/Irish/or Scot as 'English'...
