I didn't want to post about such a delicate subject, but my husband thought I should, since it's been such a life-changing experience for us. When we got married 5 years ago, both as virgins, I discovered that intercourse was extremely painful. I saw a dr., while on our honeymoon, who called me "nervous and uptight." I read books on the subject and did some online research and was nearly convinced it was all in my mind and that I just had emotional hang-ups (though I didn't entirely believe it). Then I started running across info about yeast and bacteria causing pain. But no matter how much I avoided sugar and took probiotics, nothing helped. So time went on. I had a baby. Her huge head coming through and stretching things out didn't help. I had another baby. His gigantic, perfectly-round, head coming through didn't help. Then I started the BTD two months after he was born. I also discovered liquid chlorophyll about the same time. My body became alkaline and the yeast and bacteria all died. Within a week of beginning the BTD, intercourse was no longer painful! I eventually stopped taking chlorophyll. There has been absolutely no trouble since, for which we are very thankful. I hope this post helps encourage someone else who may have the same issue.

Ribbit, I'm so glad your husband persuaded you to give your testimony. I'm so happy for you!!!! When I was active as a medical transcriptionist I typed up cases of painful intercourse such as yours. I felt compassion for those women. Doctors are knowledgeable and highly trained but they just can't know everything. The blood type diet is like foreign territory to most of them and the mention of liquid chlorophyl wouldn't even be on the charts.
Thank goodness you discovered both the BTD and liquid chlorophyl. If only the medical field would take note! I keep my doctor informed of my discoveries that improve my health and I hope you do, too. I wonder what your doctor thinks of this.
be blessed and fine that you've been able to share that too; and once more that Peter's words are right when saying that A's are better in the alkaline aerea and the O's in the acid-ones.... ......
good-even very good idea with the chlorophyl....that did literally *enlightened* all the cells in your body

It is so aggravating that in this day and age (well, okay, even 5 years ago) that there are still doctors who will tell a woman this. This kind of attitude really makes me mad.
All I see now is a midwife, so I haven't had the opportunity to enlighten a doctor about this. I've been trying to get my midwife on the BTD, but so far only her two oldest daughters, an A and an O, have shown interest---and they were already interested before I came along.

You sound like us. No offense to the good doctors out there, but to be honest I've never been to an MD who had good, accurate advice for me or my children. I have seen natural practioners who are amazing. I'm happy to see so many people waking up and "going alternative." Maybe with enough people changing over, the medical profession will wake up and change some things.

Ribbit, what else can you tell us about liquid chlorophyll? Did you learn about it from one of your practitioners? Is it always derived from alfalfa? I'll have to check to see if I can see any reference to it by Dr. D'Adamo. I'm very curious about this subject, now. Especially when you mentioned the word "alkaline."

One of the La Leche League leaders just happened to mention that she gave it to her husband for his stinky feet and that it made him more alkaline and less stinky. So I thought, since health food store deodorants didn't do the job for me (but I certainly didn't want to use anything with aluminum), I'd give chlorophyll a chance. Not only did it help deodorize me, it ended up helping everything!
I get liquid chlorophyll at Whole Foods. I use Nature's Way brand, called Chlorofresh. I've tried several different ones and this has the most pleasant flavor, nice and minty. I actually like it.
I don't know if there are other chlorophylls made from anything besides alfalfa.
When my daughter gets the itchies ("I think I have a 'east' infection, Mommy") I give her a couple of teaspoons a day for a few days till she stops complaining about it. Amazing stuff.

What an amazing testimony! This should be incorporated into Dr. D's literature somewhere. There must be lots of folks out there who need this. With our sexualized society, this may be just the ticket to get the BTD publicized!!!
