Hallo everybody,
I am melina from Greece. Year ago I came to live in Manolates, Samos. Here I was introdused to BTD by Alek. I thank her very much for helping me at the beggining and with finding the books that were translated into Greek. I always thought I was eating healthy with our organic garden and lots of meat that my mother was cooking, but never felt good. when I started the first month I was not  complient but stopped the red flag avoids and felt immidiatly better, so I decided to do it properly. All the health problems desapired and I lost 11 kilos. I am now as it should be.
In May I also met the BTD group from Forums and that was great fun.
What amaze me going to the book shop and the sales lady tells me : What is going on with this blood diet and everyone is buying the books.
Now my husband has found out his blood type and he is A as well, and has problems with cholesterol, but very willing to do the diet.
I would like to thank Dr Dadamo for his wonderful work and and most of all for writing it simply so everyone can understand.
I am 33 years old, I feel happy, healthy and my depresion is gone.

Your story sounds very familiar. Many here have seen such wonderful results very quickly.  Really gets ya fired up to eat even better doesn't it?

We all miss Manolates very much... such a beautiful, peaceful place. And wonderful people too...  

The people here on the forums are wonderful as well...  they are all so very helpful and supportive with any and all questions. Great to hear that you are feeling better on the BTD!! It has helped me with anxiety/depression too. Thank you for sharing your story with us...

yuppers I miss Manolates soooooooooooooo much and the fine foods, peoples, ant this wonderful view outta our balcony .....

Welcome melina to the forums and the blood type way of life.  Yeeeaaayyyyy Alek...good work for spreading the word.  If anyone goes there the restaurant to go to is called 'Agapi's' which is a great blood type diet eating/meeting place.  Manolates...yes I miss it and the company very much.

Lots of great people on here and any questions you have just post away.   Someone will have knowledge of something to help you with.  If not...they will try and get it for you...right Lola?!?!

Hope to see more of you on the forums and maybe back in Manolates one day.

What a great testimonial! Congratulations! I was pretty sure that you'd be so successful, after seeing you last August. And what a luck that your husband had turned out to be an A too. Now he can cook for both of you (well, at least that's the way it goes in my kitchen )
