I feel wonderful and have lost 33 pounds without trying too hard. I have just mainly eaten from the benificial and neutral list.
My rule is to try and eat twice as many bennies as neutrals a day (although it doesn't always work that way)
I do still eat the occassional avoid on the weekend if I really crave it, but as time goes by I am filtering those out too. I find that I feel noticably worse after indulging myself on the same avoids I thought I couldn't live without 41 days ago.
My energy is way up and I feel motivated to get out and do more because I don't feel zapped all the time.
